Starting out as a competitive athlete, I faced the challenge of maintaining a very low body fat percentage for figure competitions. The discipline and knowledge gained have stayed with me; although I no longer compete, I uphold a healthy daily weight through a carefully curated meal regime and a balanced exercise routine. Complementing this physical discipline, I embrace spiritual practices such as meditation, journaling, breath work, and Qigong, which nourish my inner well-being and complete my holistic approach to life.
